Who is Chris Mallick? Christopher Mallick - thief!

"Business is a lot like sex...."
 A Middle Man says!

J. Christopher Mallick owned ePassporte, a payment processing company. In 2009, Chris Mallick’s other companies, namely Oxymoron Entertainment and Mallick Media, in association with Paramount Pictures, produced the movie Middle Men, with an estimated budget of $22 million. The movie did not make back its initial investment, grossing only $733,000 at the box office during a disappointing 3-week run. The money used to produce the movie Middle Men was stolen from ePassporte customers.

According to multiple ePassporte users with whom I’ve corresponded, any wires or bank transfers used to deposit funds in ePassporte accounts are sent to ePassporte N.V. via an entity called United International Bank N.V., an organization founded in 2009.

The European Union’s money laundering directives can be used to try management staff of ePassporte N.V. and United International Bank N.V., including Christopher Mallick and Gregory Elias, Managing Director of United International Bank, N.V. (http://europa.eu/legislation_summaries/other/l24016_en.htm)

Interestingly, United International Bank also lists the same CuraƧao address, and lists Mr. Gregory Elias as a director, among others. So, on the surface at least, it appears that ePassporte and its primary bank are owned and operated by the same entity and directors.

Christopher J. Mallick and Gregory Elias, Managing Director of United International Bank N.V. are  f***ing thieves!

ePassporte offered a pre-paid ATM card in association with Visa and enabled its customers (account holders) to maintain their US dollar funds, either in their ePassporte Wallets or Visa Virtual Accounts.

On September 2nd, 2010, ePassporte's Visa program was abruptly suspended.

ePassporte account holders have been attempting to withdraw their funds via wire transfers. To this date, ePassporte has yet to process these wire transfers and it is widely feared that account holders' funds, estimated to be in the millions of dollars, have been misappropriated by owner Chris Mallick and little hope remains of recoupment of the funds.

Mr Mallick has started ePassporte and was making money by charging different amounts of money for different "financial" transactions. Remember: he was making all his money JUST by charging a fee for the transactions. He did not have any access to the actual money involved in the transactions. As we have seen all money involved with Visa cards are prepaid money that have to be hold/locked by the bank. This is how Visa cards work, all transactions happen instantly only for you and me to see, but behind the scenes that's not the case. They need a 30 day buffer to complete the transactions physically and so the money need to be locked. In this case by the SKNB.

So Mr Mallick invented the
ePassporte Wallet where you could keep your funds "safe". Using this scam he could actually use the money involved in the transactions. Once this was created, the safety of the strict VISA regulations enforced by the SKNB were no longer applying to yours and my money. That's the moment when a piramidal game was created that finally went the way all piramidal schemes go.

So basically Mr Mallick was NOT satisfied by making money from charging a per transaction fee, he wanted and gained access to the funds themselves, making him a clever, vicious crook and not a kind man willing to do anything for his clients as he poses himself into.

When the card castle begun to fall, SKNB did the only thing right, stopping its services to
ePassporte and saving what was to be saved. It released a statement and unlocked the money after 30 days because I think that's standard for all the money involved to get unlocked from the existing transactions they were involved in, like I said in reality transactions don't happen instantly, a buffer period is needed for an operation to be completed.

As you can see Mr Mallick is an evil, ruthless man that came with an evil scheme that would trick thousands out of their own money. The SKNB did what was right in the situation even if it could have warned us earlier in the process, when the wallet money started evading the protection of the VISA roof, which logo and trademarks were wrongfully used by ePassporte.

All comments and suggestions are welcome!

  1. My money was stuck in the wallet and to add to that once they said we could get our cards temporarily re-activated to withdraw funds my epass card had expired, so i called SKNB and they gave me a virtual card number which would only be active for a month and all the funds had to be spent by then and this card number could only be used online..

So in the end, I loaded my Payoneer account numerous times using this virtual card number and got all my money back.. problem sloved.. If Mr Mallick is such a thief like you say he is then why was I getting my money in December last year when epass went under in September?

I think anybody who had there funds stuck in the wallet like I did could have done the exact same thing I did to recover them.

  2. Response to "Anonymous".

Because there is a difference between the (WALLET account) and the (VISA VIRTUAL account).

Like eveyone else, I too got my money back from SKNB because that money was in the Visa Virtual Card only. SKNB did the right thing.

Neither you nor anyone else got their WALLET ACCOUNT money back since November 2010, because it was embezzled/taken without customer consent.

When SKNB turned the cards back on, they allowed everyone to get the money that was still on the VISA VIRTUAL CARD only.

That is what you got back.

  3. Here's a fun little project. Call SKNB (St.Kitts Bank) and say .."Hi, how can i get my epassporte wallet funds back".

Watch them launch into a series of disclaimers that wallet feature was not endorsed or associated with VISA or SKNB... and then give you Mallick's lawyers email address, which by the way he doesn't respond to.

An e-Wallet itself is nothing special, but when program into the backend access and start spending the money on your own special Oxymoron Entertainment movie projects without customer knowledge, that is known as "Embezzlement".

When ePassporte customers become aware and start demanding their money back, and your ePassporte support staff respond from Oxymoron Entertainment email address that they are trying to process your wire while they continue to lie and stall, that falls under "wire fraud".

    Two Felonies.

  4. I have lost over $30,000. I had about $60 on VV which I couldn't even access, despite Epass card being valid for at least another year.. think got renewed right before the shitstorm.

Here's something interesting.. the wallet feature was introduced I believe in early 2008? During Oct-Nov of 2007 at the time I had around 20k in balance (remember no wallet then.. so all in VV) and $5k was used fraudulently to purchase cross country train tickets using company 'trenitalia' (I have all the proofs inc Police statements that epass made me get) Now after 3 months to my suprise and I believe reluctance on the part of Epass I got my money back.. woohoo I thought.. epass really cares about its customers. Then suddenly we have this new feature called 'Wallet' to keep our money safe and only put what we IMMEDIATELY NEED in the VV.. so it would make sense to keep 95% of money in wallet, right? Believe me I have a very up to date firewall and multiple filtering systems operational since then until now.. VERY STRANGE that my card details were compromised.. as I hardly used it (not many places even accepted it as you guys prolly know..) I spoke to a bunch of ppl then when this happened and now that had similar experience.. maybe Mallick intended on making this wallet feature the best thing since sliced bread so ppl wouldn't keep money on risky VV so he could access it at will.. hmm..

Anyone who wants to discuss anything, strategy, etc. Please email me optionstraderfive@ausi.nospamcom (change five to the number and remove the obvious..)

    Thanks

  5. My point from the last post (don't think I was clear) was it is highly probably that the fraudulent individual Mallick circulated our VV numbers and details with the intention of folks having their cards defrauded so they can be lured into this 'wallet feature' as some kind of safehaven for their money where they will keep most if not all of it.

Mallick or his lawyers are unwilling to even work with their clients on some kind of payment plan.. apparently Zahavi got something going? I call BS.. but apparently that all funds will be paid out by June 2013 or some crap.. frankly I would even settle for that if it was signed and certified and I had regular monthly payments coming through.. he is genuinly bone fide evil and without conscious. What a scumbag!
